this is what happen to my back actually ~
last time join in gymnastics.

i still remember after knocked on it.
i cant even walk.
cos once i walk i felt so pain.
duno y i terslip on the spring board and knocked
on it. ><
my sis say when i getting older
my back sure very jia lat one =.=
